Thank you for volunteering to work with children and youth at FPC. To do so, you must complete this 3-step process.

STEP 1: Read and electronically sign our abuse prevention guidelines below (choose the link that best describes your role).

STEP 2: Authorize FPC to perform a background check. Be on the lookout for an email from mobilizemyministry.com and check your spam folder. If you have not received this email within 3 business days please call the church office at (850) 678-2521.

STEP 3: View the 31-minute training video. The link will be emailed to you via MobilizeMyMinistry. Following the training is a 25 question quiz. The training video is not required for anyone under the age of 18 years.
