Congratulations!  You have volunteered to work with youth and/or children at FPC.  To do so, you must complete this 3-step process.

STEP 1: Read and electronically sign our abuse prevention guidelines below (choose the link that best describes your role).

STEP 2: View and electronically sign the 34-minute training video below (not for children under the age of 18 without a parent's consent.  Parents, please view the video before allowing children to view it.  The training video is not required for anyone under the age of 18 years.

STEP 3: Authorize FPC to perform a background check.  Be on the lookout for emails from the FPC office and mobilizemyministry.com.  If you have not received either of these email within 3 business days, please call the church office at (850) 678-2521.
